After relocating to the Raleigh area, we set out to build a company that not only transforms homes, but also creates a process that feels clear, collaborative, and genuinely tailored to each client. Meet George
George is a licensed general contractor with a deep-rooted background in construction that spans generations. As a fifth-generation builder, his experience is grounded in both tradition and evolution—having worked across residential, commercial, and federal projects throughout his career.
His approach is centered on precision, accountability, and execution. George leads every project with a strong emphasis on quality craftsmanship, clear timelines, and effective coordination between trades. He understands that behind every design is a structure that must perform just as beautifully as it looks.
Clients value his straightforward communication style, problem-solving mindset, and ability to keep projects moving forward with confidence and clarity. His role ensures that every detail is not only thoughtfully planned—but built to last.

Meet Shaynaeh
Shaynaeh is the creative force behind the design vision at Thomas Grae. With a passion for creating spaces that feel both refined and livable, her work is rooted in thoughtful details, layered textures, and a deep understanding of how design impacts everyday life.
Her design perspective has been shaped by a blend of influences—from the historic architecture and charm of Charleston to early inspiration from family and hands-on technical training in drafting and AutoCAD. This foundation allows her to approach each project with both creativity and precision, ensuring that every space is not only beautiful, but intentional.
Shaynaeh works closely with clients to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and goals, translating those into cohesive, well-designed spaces that feel personal and elevated. From space planning to final selections, she brings a balance of vision and practicality to every phase of the design process.
